IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) certification is mandatory for any valve or steam component used in steam lines where the pressure exceeds 3.5 kg/cm². For sugar and power factories, we supply fully certified Zoloto and Audco IBR valves to ensure safety compliance.

For chemical plants, seal selection depends on the fluid's corrosivity. PTFE (Teflon) is common for general chemical resistance, while Viton or EPDM are used based on temperature and acidity. Our DelVal and KSB valve ranges offer various seat materials to match your specific plant requirements.

Reflex Level Gauges use high-strength borosilicate glass with internal grooves that create a clear "black and white" contrast between liquid and gas. This makes them much safer and easier to read in high-pressure boiler environments common in pharma and cement plants.

A PRDS ensures that steam is delivered at the precise pressure required for downstream equipment. By reducing high-pressure boiler steam to the exact process pressure, you minimize energy loss and protect sensitive machinery in food and paper factories.

Steam Traps, such as those from Pennant, automatically discharge condensate while preventing live steam from escaping. This prevents "Water Hammer" damage and significantly reduces fuel consumption in sugar factory and chemical plant boilers.
